Made an appointment and he didn't show up. When I called to see if he was coming, there was no answer nor did he respond to any text. Then he argued he texted me, but he "forgot" to hit send...from a tech guy...forgetting to hit send. Not a recommended human.

The fact that support is remote is never an issue as the team can always explain what needs to be fixed if it is a hardware issue.
