Dan and his team did a new build (ground up) for us, finishing in 2023. We bid the job to many of the larger, name-brand builders in the area but ended up selecting Dan because we believed we would get more personalized, higher-value service. We were right.
Every build has challenges, but Dan and his team did a great job communicating those to us and working with the architect, designer, and community architectural review, to make sure that we ended up with a house we absolutely love. He has also stood by his warranty and helped us with all of the little punch list items that need to be sorted out.

DFC built us an amazing lakefront home. The build came in on budget and excellent quality. The home is solid and energy efficient. Throughout the build DFC was is constant communication with us and sent numerous pictures since we were not always present onsite. They worked well with the architect, designers and all the subcontractors to make the process as easy as possible.
DFC did an excellent job converting our two porches into a beautiful office and play room. Communication was clear and consistent, with daily logs and photos shared through Procore. The team was professional, respectful, and kept the job site clean every day. The quality of work was outstanding, especially for the price. We would absolutely recommend them
