Class gets hawt. In a great way, especially during this chilly winter months. I love that the first class is free (you have to purchase, but they use that $$ towards a future credit). It's pricey and would love if that price included free yoga mat, but you can rent mats for an additional price. No showers or any other features, however the 2 Vinyasa flow classes I have taken were really great, with really talented instructors. Classes were full and parking in the direct spots are limited, but overall, a really great yoga experience.

I had not been into a yoga studio in over 15 years. With all of my nerves and aches and pains, I had little expectation that one class would even make a difference. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful smile and a very easy-going inviting atmosphere. Delana greeted me with a big smile and made me feel right at home. Her balance of knowledge and keeping the class and it's slow while also ensuring a little individual attention was perfect! The studio itself had a great feeling to it and Tastefully done with plenty of air flow. The package offerings are the way to go and certainly worth going!

I love Alpenflow. The teachers are great - ALL of them! I just had a great Ashtanga yoga class with Kelly. She makes this challenging sequence fun and approachable. Many stars and thanks to the teachers at this studio, you can tell they really really love what they do!
