I purchased a complicated multi-unit property in Reno last fall that needed both landlord homeowner policies and flood insurance policies. I called about 6 different insurance agents/brokers in both Reno and Truckee....some didn't call me back, some were slow to respond and some could only get me insurance quoted that were ridiculously unaffordable; others couldn't offer coverage at all. Aegis in Truckee came through in a timely manner with reasonable options so that I could insure the homes and complete the purchase of this property.
