This was an awesome experience today from front desk staff to the dentist every one was friendly and the Denist made us feel so comfortable. I love the way she handled my daughter. 5 star!!!

As a person who don’t grunt on any doctor and any dentist I have to say this dentist and one of the doctors of this dentist clinic Dr.Jinn was the best doctor I even seen he’s pulled out one of my teeth less than 10 minutes?

At first I was going to rate 1 star due to the miscommunication, lack of understanding and conducting error with my appointment time. I was scheduled for 11.30am by clinic staff but customer services changed to 12 midday which i followed and at the clinic i was told i shud follow clinic time. Totally not my fault which could have resulted in appointment canceled but the staffs and dentists made effort to fit me in. Front staffs specially Jacob super nice and the lady I didn't get her name was very apologetic and stayed calm while I vented my frustration ?. They can have 5 star with the on ground team but becoz of the customer service they are drawn back.... read full review
