Jaime from Virginia Mechanical came out and did a great job. It was a service call for one of our units to determine possible problems. he was able to determine several areas that need attention. Rather than recommending a brand new unit, which would have cost a lot of money. I really appreciate the honesty and his professionalism. It’s nice to find technicians that you can trust.
I had an excellent experience with Virginia Mechanical. From start to finish their team was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. The technician - Manuel - took the time to explain the issue clearly, answered all the questions I had while on site and offered alternatives without any pressure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC support.
