Very poor customer service.. Gave him my ID physically and still had mistakes in major areas such as birthday, & NAME. Had checks for a couple days and wouldn’t notify me until my husband called upset and checks were out of surprise there that day, asked me for my account information for direct deposit but still went to one of their accounts..
