we have used TCT for quite a few years now and i have to say, they are great!!! Alex and Rodney are typically who service both our house and our business and we won't use anyone else. if you call and they can show up same day, it's usually within a couple of hours. if they're SUPER slammed, it's usually next day or day after, not a week or more like some other companies. I recently had a termite inspection on my home that is listed for sale in Pleasanton. Ray did a great job finding a few things we needed to address prior to the sale and offered a competitive price to get the termite damage to the sub-flooring fixed. Take Care is so much more than termites. They handle my pest control on a regular basis. Rodney is the absolute best. He is a great communicator and lets me know the night before that he will be arriving also when he gets here and when he has completed service. He is full of great info and is always ready to answer my questions no matter how many I have sometimes. He gives useful advice(thanks for the baby powder for ants trick!) and goes above and beyond when he stops by. He's even knocked down wasp nests for us.
