It is my first time experiencing this clinic for my tattoo removal and they definitely went above and beyond professionally. The employees/clinicians there are very sweet and knowledgeable when asking them questions about payments, laser process, and more, they immediately helped in terms of setting up the schedule for my next appointments removing the hassle of me having to call or ask to do it myself. The tattoo laser removal process was fast and in my opinion not as painful as many claim it to be and the numbing cream definitely helps a ton (for those who are planning to get a laser session done I’d recommend getting numbing cream!) I had an outstanding experience at this location, and I especially want to recognize Marrell for going above and beyond. I bring my mom here to receive services, and Marrell has consistently treated her with so much kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care. It means a lot when someone takes the time to make sure a loved one feels comfortable, respected, and well taken care of.
