I called Killroy to check if they deal with whiteflies and they were very responsive and took the time in asking me questions to understand if what I have is really white flies or not. From the description they thought it’s most likely Aphids, but they still made the time to come and check even if I wasn’t going to use their services. The next day Tom came by , he confirmed that it’s aphids and he gave us advice on how to deal with it. He also looked at all the plants and gave us several recommendations , including how to get rid of the weed. He went out of his way to share his expertise with us for no charge.
