I don’t typically have hair loss. I just love the services they provide, but I am inspired by how beautifully talented and intelligent and diversify the staff is. They’re just like family and I don’t have much time with this company, I’ve only typically dealt with male barbers and now female salon, cosmetologist, and employees here. I was so hesitant and nervous to come to hair club in Tracy CA. But as soon I walked in I felt so welcoming by Sandy ,the manager and Daisy. Daisy made me so comfortable and confident. She is professional and I can tell she is thrilled to do her job and wants to excelled. Daisy just lights up the place with her joyful personality. So overall with hair club in Tracy has been a great experience. I walk in happy and leave happy And I can’t wait for Daisy to do my hair

Excellent customer service! Personalrable, professional and patient. I had been very concerned about my hair loss for years and really didn't know how to talk about it, yet alone seek the right solution. I was pleasantly relieved with the customized approach and product knowledge that helped me make an informed decision as opposed to an educated guess. Sandy and her team are the best!
