I recently had the pleasure of being evaluated by JJ the Nurse Practitioner and I cannot express how grateful I am for the thorough and compassionate care I received. From the moment I entered the office, JJ made me feel comfortable and heard.
What stood out most was her dedication to understanding my issues. She took the time to review all avenues in order to get to the bottom of my problems. It was evident that she genuinely cared about my well-being. She patiently listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions, and provided clear explanations in taking a biopsy to figure out what my problem may be.
I had a relatively unique issue with my fingers that she could not handle but she agreed to discuss it with the dermatologist. She did and left me an after hours message with an appointment with the doctor. She really took interest in my issue.
