The service here has gone downhill ever since they brought in new employees. Just yesterday, when my husband took our son and daughter for haircuts, they completely messed up his hair. It wasn't even close to what he had asked for. Despite pointing out the mistake, they insisted they got it right. And to make matters worse, one of the employees was incredibly unprofessional, gossiping about customers and seeming annoyed to cut a child's hair. I strongly recommend finding another place to go; even the mall in Tracy offers better haircuts than this place. We won't be coming back here again.

The service is terrible, so I don't recommend it, my husband had stopped going because one day he made an appointment, he had been waiting for about 1 hour and people who had arrived after him passed by, then he came back a few days ago and they attended to him quickly, today he called and asked appointment for him and our son, we arrived twenty minutes early, we had been waiting for a while, 3 ladies were busy, one lasted more than 40 minutes cutting a man's hair, it seems he is paid for chatting and not for cutting, another arrived with food, another from the moment we arrived until When we left, I was on my cell phone, they asked us who we wanted to meet... read full review
