I love Dr. Shelley, she's has the best bedside manner. She's precise, friendly, and knows a lot about vision. If you have problems with your glasses, Beka is the person you want to help you. She is VERY knowledgeable, knows glasses inside and out. I had troubles with my glasses and she knew exactly with the problem was. I wasn't able to get them right until she helped us. She's very good at what she does and is very nice.

The employees are very friendly! Mia was so patient with my two year old who was easily distracted while picking out new glasses. She also did a great job working with our insurance company to make sure we got what we needed.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Family Optometry of Tracy, all our family members have annual eye check ups with Dr.Siu..she is very professional and knowledgeable, always has a smile on her face and the staff at the reception are very helpful especially Ms.Mia, she has good knowledge of the insurance benefits and goes out of her way to help patients and very patient, answered all our questions and gave suggestions. I highly recommend this place for all your vision needs.
