I’ve used Bay Area Bedbugs before, and my company has worked with them several times as well. They have always been professional, flexible, and understanding.
Recently, there was an issue where they were unable to access the building, and I realized I had not provided my updated contact information. Even with that inconvenience, they were very understanding and willing to work with me, including offering a weekend appointment if needed. Although there was a small premium for the weekend, they remained flexible, and I was eventually able to move the appointment back to a regular weekday.
