I’ve used Bay Area Bedbugs before, and my company has worked with them several times as well. They have always been professional, flexible, and understanding.
Recently, there was an issue where they were unable to access the building, and I realized I had not provided my updated contact information. Even with that inconvenience, they were very understanding and willing to work with me, including offering a weekend appointment if needed. Although there was a small premium for the weekend, they remained flexible, and I was eventually able to move the appointment back to a regular weekday.

My wife and I were very pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Bay Area Bed Bug in treating our home today. Ivan did a home visit a few days before the treatment to assess the situation in our home and to answer any questions we had about the heat treatment he was going to perform. Jeremy too was very responsive and helpful when I had some additional questions on the day prior to the treatment. Today Ivan was prompt, and, at the beginning, he was very willing and helpful in assisting me with a few last-minute prep items that required two persons.
