I was very impressed with the diligence of Jose. He came out the same day and I had problems with two of my toilets backing up and he was able to fix it. I can tell he truly does care about his customers. I highly recommend!!!
I've called these folks several times for different plumbing things. They did a great job with our kitchen plumbing (unclogging the drain, installing a new dishwasher, fixing the under-sink plumbing) and diagnosing and fixing a leak in the ground near our water ingress to the house. They do a great job at fixing things the right way, not just putting a band-aid on them. If something was incorrectly done in the past, they explain what they would recommend for the correct fix and why. They always do a good job at talking me through what they are going to do, before they do it so I feel like I know what to expect. Highly recommend.
