Worked with Todd and his guys and they were very professional and thorough with their work. Got both my condenser and furnace replaced by them in Orange, and everything is working in great order. Super cold A/C, very energy efficient vs our original unit from the 80s! Thanks guys! I’m not one to cheap out on equipment and prices were not outrageous compared to others I’ve been hearing. Check them out for your next bid!

Quick and prompt service. Willing to disregard laws of the road to get to the job quickly by driving in the carpool lane solo.

Excellent communication and willing to talk on phone and holding it close to mouth for clarity.

I was pondering dropping this review to a 4 star due to blatant disregard to the safety of others on the road, but who cares about others?

Todd with Berg Mechanical was professional, honest, and didn't try to upsell me in anyway. He let me know my current AC and furnace were fixable but my wife and I decided it's time for a full new HVAC system at our house. The new system works great and we couldn't be happier. If I could give 6 stars I would!
