Everyone starting with the front desk and the Tech’s, have been very welcoming and helpful. We used to come here when our guinea pigs needed their checkup. Unfortunately, the exotic animal Vet moved to the Rolling Hills site. We just come here for nail trims.

First time I took my puppy, my puppy is a customer already, but for me it was the first time I took him, and the two receptionist from desk, specifically the Hispanic one with long hair, she was so helpful, friendly and polite, and the nurse that took my puppy inside, she was great, after everything was done, the other receptionist helped me and she was also so polite and friendly, please keep up the good work and your kindness towards customers and pets, thank you very much and behalf of my puppy Yoshi Perez and owner ??

The staff is always very nice and helpful. Making an appointment was very easy. Cooper is comfortable with everyone there and he walked right into the back room with the technician without hesitating. They even provide complimentary coffee and cookies in the waiting room!
