I asked them if they could fix my lock screen button and they said yes for $1000. Came back after 3 hours and the screen was shattered. They said it came like that and would not give me a refund. On top of that the button was still not working! Avoid every stand within the vicinity.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my phone to We Fix All expecting a simple screen replacement, and somehow it came back worse than before. The new screen started glitching within a day, and when I brought it back, they blamed me for “using it too much.” Seriously?

The staff couldn’t be less professional if they tried. Calls go unanswered, nobody seems to know what’s going on, and they give you the classic “it’ll be ready tomorrow” line for a week straight. When I finally got my phone back, there were fingerprints under the glass and screws missing from the frame.

Asked the guy if he could fix my side buttons and screen. He said yes. Charged me $120 just to fix the screen. When I asked about the side buttons, he said he didn’t know how to do that. Worse service ever
