Vinyl Concepts’ excellent reputation is well-deserved. It started with Art working up a quote for a project that went through a few revisions before we settled on a final design. Art’s quote was one of four we got. Price was competitive, but the quality of VC’s materials and their customer service (both from Art and their in-house support staff) was noticeably a cut above any of their competitors.
The project involved 100’ of 6’ vinyl fencing with one standard gate, and two 16’ rolling gates that come together to lock and form a corner. One of the sliding gates was a bit tricky, as the track was slightly sloped and the gate needed to be skewed accordingly... read full review

A late post... I had this installed over 6 months ago and it's holding up very well! I'm totally enjoying this patio cover! Please read on..... I chose to go with Vinyl Concepts to have my vinyl patio cover installed because they were affordable, efficient, professional, plus I love supporting a Local company! After extensive research and getting over 4 estimates, I decided to go with Vinyl Concepts. They installed a very simple and beautiful patio cover within ONE DAY, making it possible for me to throw my parties and gatherings under shade, AND I LOVE IT!!! It was time to replace our gates. There are a lot of companies to choose from. I narrowed it down to two and had them both come out and give me bids. Vinyl Concepts won. Their estimator Edgar came out and was super helpful. I wanted to cutback a wall since the old gate existed before a remodel that added a fireplace that interfered with the gate. They removed a section of a block wall and he suggested the best way to cover the end of the wall that would appear unfinished after the section was removed. Jonathan who scheduled the appointments was so accommodating. My schedule is difficult but he was so great at working with my time windows. Their price was very similar... read full review
