The manager at this shop, Annie, is very courteous and accommodating. She is there to get business. She served me at the initial visit. Unfortunately, one cannot make an appointment with her and expect her to keep it. There is always a substitute without advance warning. Therefore, I was served by many others, but not Annie. The others would often call out or shout comments to each other in their native langauge, while serving me. Otherwise, they made little effort to talk to me in English, and I felt like an inanimate object. Fantastic salon! It’s been recently remodeled so don’t look at the old photos of the salon. It’s bright and clean. The staff is great, especially Morgan who is very talented and does a beautiful GelX. Free and easy parking. I highly recommend this lively business.

I've been looking for a new salon since I moved to the area. I visited a few and wasn't happy with the service Until a visit Verni Nail Spa. Staff is friendly and welcoming, most importantly salon is clean. Vivan has is GREAT!
