Should be a one-star but I enjoyed my doctor visit; I was extremely happy with my initial experience. But since that first appointment it has gone exceedingly down-hill.First off, no one answers the phone. I had some lab work assigned, I have tried to contact them constantly to make sure of the time window to come in for labs, to no avail. This week alone I have probably been on hold for close to three hours. I finally was able to get a morning free and get over there for the labs, but labs were closed that day. Everyone was very nice, friendly and there thelpful.Went oupdate my daughter's vaccinations. She's on the autism spectrum. Non verbal low functioning.They distracted her with fruit snacks, she started eating them and they put the shots in and she was so calm and barely noticed!

Came in for an appointment at 12pm on a Wednesday and was helped right away. Paperwork was finished fast, waited a minute or so and was then interviewed by Monica who made me extremely comfortable considering how awkward the questions can be sometimes. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others. Not sure what the other negative reviews are about but I had a good experience here.
