The overall experience is great, the staff are friendly and kind. Dr Debra is the best, she told me things about my eyes that I didn’t even know and showed me. Manu was definitely helpful, every question I had she had an answer to and found it with a sense of urgency. I think I found my optometrist for life 🙏🏻
I've been seeing Dr Alexander for years for me and my family. We moved away from the area, and still make the trip to see her because we all really like her. She's really good at explaining things to me, explaining my different options. I've never seen an optometrist like her that remembers things about me and my family even though I haven't seen her since the last annual exam, and I really appreciate that. I always leave feeling more informed than when I arrived.
Hands down the best Optometrist I have ever been to in my life. I have awful vision and have had mixed experiences at best with other Optometrists who barely listen or pay attention to my needs. Dr. Do was incredibly thorough, honest, and respectful. After seeing him, I have the best fit of contacts than ever before. THANK YOU!
