Very, very disappointing. Here are the biggest things that stand out to me about Thelma McMillen: 1) Make an appointment with your counselor (Becky, Jodi, Chris, whoever) - it will be forgotten. 2) Never got the books/materials that were promised. 3) Never met with the doctor (Dr. Watson) who pokes his head in every few weeks to see who he has or hasn't met with - then leaves. Was there for months. Do they not keep records of appointments?!? It's crazy. 4) Don't get me started on the repetitive nature of the program in general. The same lectures over and over and over. 5) No help whatsoever when you need a higher level of care. In fact, just the opposite. It was all just so disheartening. In the end, I felt like I mistakenly trusted the wrong people, esp. Becky. Huge disappointment.

I can't speak more highly of this program. Everyone is friendly and genuinely interested in me and my recovery. Shoutout to Jodie, who helped me get back on my feet and working again, and advocated for me through and through. And James, one of the most caring guys in the business with a nuanced approach in teaching his expert knowledge of addiction.I have tried other programs before and this one takes the cake. Literally... I took a year cake thanks to this place! Do yourself a favor and go in for a consultation, they will take care of you.

I think this place is big waste of time and money! The counselors been there too long. They're burned out and simply there for a paycheck. The program is weak and not very effective.
