I love the fact it is family oriented and the instructors are very hands on.
AMAZING place! Both of my children attend classes here. The instructors make training fun and challenging. The curriculum not only teaches self-defense and discipline but also integrity. This dojo hosts family BBQs, picnics, movie nights for the kids and even Parent Night Out sleepovers! My husband and I have taken the adult classes and I don’t think there is a better workout out there. The instructors are patient and knowledgeable in their craft. This is not just a dojo, here you are part of a family.
