I was very disappointed in the experience and service. Although I saw a promotional offer, I was informed I had to pay full price since she had to correct my brows done over 8 years ago. After my initial visit, Taylor told me to comeback for a touch up. I arrived early for my appointment and waited over an hour. I called and texted her, which she did not return any of my calls or texts. Now I have to fill in my brows with a pencil, since she never completed with the touch up visit. This was 10 months ago. My eyebrows did not last more than a week after getting them done. I attempted many times to have them fixed but Taylor kept changing the appointment then an hour before my appointment she text me to say that she is in Manhattan Beach and not at the Torrance location where I originally went. I thought this was very unprofessional. I changed another appointment to accommodate her and this is what happens.
