In the past I hired the attorney Ryan Stearn three times. I was very happy with his service. He resolved my issues without going to court. He is an exceptional and reputable lawyer.
In one of the cases that I had, he advised me that if we would go to court, he guaranteed that he will win. And at the end of the case, he will keep most of the money for his fees and services and it would not be worth for us to go thru the stress. So Mr. Stearns is not greedy at all.
Mr Stearns was very helpful and nice. My problem is the DOD yanked my clearance from the DOD psychologist misdiagnosis. This is causing me to spend over 7000 so far . I am in the appeal process. I got in touch w Mr. Stearns to see if I can sue her for all this unnnecessary drama she has caused me. I don't have a case at this time I have to wait for the Appeal decision. He is. Very knowledgeable in the law
I can't say enough nice things about the lawyers at Stearns Kim & Stearns who helped me. I knew I couldn't afford a costly divorce, and they handled it beautifully. Ryan Stearns was really helpful in explaining to me how to get our property divided and support established, and even outlined a budget to get it done. He did explain to me that he couldn't guarantee staying on this budget, since litigation can be unpredictable, but I appreciated that he was upfront and honest about that.
