Time estimates are bogus. There is an illuminated sign in the window that says “No Wait”. I came in and signed in and my wait time on the screen was now 8 minutes. After 10 minutes, by status changed to “On Deck”. I remained On Deck for another 15 minutes. So my No Wait time took 23 minutes. I was late to pick up my son for dinner. Haircut provider was friendly. Haircut quality was good. Just know that there is always a wait, even if they tell you that there is not. Sportclips’ wait estimations are not accurate.
