I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate care provided by Southern California Caregiving. Their office staff is professional, attentive, and truly cares about our family’s needs. They came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. It brings such peace of mind and joy in my heart knowing my great-grandmother is in good hands. Although she can be picky and was very independent for most of her life, the caregivers have been exceptionally kind and patient—consistently going above and beyond to meet her needs during this transition.
So Cal Caregivers provided highly professional caregiving service to our 90 year old aunt who needed 24 hour care. The caregivers, especially Toni A. were very compassionate and conscientious in providing quality care for almost 3 years. The office, management, and billing staff were always responsive and good about getting our approval when a caregiver needed to take days off and were quick to provide quality replacements. The billing department submitted timely claims to the CalPers Long-term Care office so that there was never a problem in getting reimbursement. We highly recommend recommend Southern California Caregiving Services.
Very pleased with the service from So Cal Caregivers. My father’s aides were professional, kind and supportive. Interactions with the office about billing, staffing and other matters were always positive.
