Had good experience with this firm. Once you're set up, you just upload your files, review returns, sign and you're done. Definitely wish they could respond to e-mails a little quicker, but I understand it gets busy during tax season. Overall, no complaints.
Steve and his team are fantastic. I've been working with Steve for over 5 years. When it comes to tax personnel, his team is honest, hardworking, and very responsive. Whenever I had a question (whether it was April 14th or mid-October), I always received a prompt and thoughtful reply in return. I'm very fortunate to have found them!
