I recently started SoCal ICS about 2 months ago and I've now been promoted to a Corporate Trainer which is such a great growth experience. I've learned A LOT following with learning something new everyday either if I'm on the field or in office. I'm ecstatic to see my goals to be reached with SoCal ICS with aiming to be an owner as well. SoCal ICS gives you the path to success, it all depends how serious you are with really achieving your goals. Love the positive environment and all the team players we have here.

Has been a great experience, only been working with this company for just about 3/4 months and it has really helped me grow not just with Sacramento Marketing, but as a person overall. The best part about working with this company, is it’s really up to the individual to want to grow in this business and it can actually happen sooner than you think if you really put the effort in. I’m excited to see where I go with this company.

Im honestly excited to be in a company where if I put in the work, the hours, and the dedication it will show. Since being here I've been promoted and had the opportunity to travel across the country to a state I've never been before and it was a great experience. It can get to be long hours but I find its worth it
