Not sure about this last person who left Brittnee a bad review as her service is excellent. That review sounds like a groupon concern and not her great work. I am a nurse and love how clean and professional her shop looks. Her work is amazing and my lashes look so natural and beautiful. My eyelashes are remaining healthy as well. Brittnee is extremely punctual and organized. Her personality is also amazing. I am very picky and hard to please. I love ALL of her services and highly recommend her. My lashes stay on and I am hooked!!

I hate leaving bad reviews ugh ! I writing this solely on a telephone conversation I had with Brittnee who reported she was no longer taking groupon vouchers and that I needed to contact groupon for a refund. It is not fair that I buy this and cannot experience it. She was not remorseful and did not even try to interest me in any other offers or promotions to get me to go to her establishment. It was a total disregard of "I'm no longer accepting groupons" and that was it. It's so unfortunate because others say that her place is nice.
