The owner accidentally shrank and damaged an expensive comforter that had been imported from Japan. When I went to pick it up, the owner immediately owned up to the mistake and apologized profusely. Furthermore, he fully refunded my money for that and one other item that was not damaged at all, and even went so far as to drive all the way to Koreatown so he could replace the comforter with a comparable comforter imported from Korea. We all make mistakes, but it is how we deal with them that defines our character. This is a Korean owned and operated dry cleaner and they were so gracious with me as a first time customer. They also gave us our clothes dresses and kids dresses and suits back in great shape. Love this cleaner!! I will be back

I was visiting from Arizona, and I had a wedding to attend in two days in the area and I needed my outfit pressed. I searched several dry cleaners in the area and I came across Sharon's. Let me tell you, Sharon's was so polite and kind to expedite my appointment. When I picked up my garment, it was beautifully done and outstanding! The garment looked brand new and ironed professionally done. I highly recommend Sharon's for anyone who is visiting from out of town as well as locals. Not only was Sharon's accommodating, plus she was so nice and friendly, she put me at ease feeling like I was a local client. Please visit her and tell her Elsa sent you!
