I can’t say enough about Dr. Stephen Tassone with New Smile Dentistry☺️ from the first day I walked into his office and was greeted by his Amazing Stafff BEST customer service I have EVER experienced at a dentist office, Dr. Tassone is so compassionate, caring and very gentle with his patients, my first appointment I was in the parking lot with anxiety and was about to cancel my appointment, but I decided to give Dr. Tassone a chance and I’m so glad I did, now almost a year later I still feel the same. The staff here is great, but Bianca particularly is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She has made all of my experiences pleasant and easy going. Just exceptional customer service all around. 10/10.
I've been a loyal patient since 2015. This is not intended as a complaint or negative review. Basically it's a reminder to know the cost of services before they're performed. For example the doctor told his staff to conduct a CT scan. Never quoted a price. After I was told it cost almost $1000 but that I'd be charged 50% of their earlier lower price (almost $200). And they proceeded to bill my dental insurance the entire nearly $1000 for the imaging (which my insurance denied). I'm scheduled for extraction and implant early next year but when I asked for the cost I was told they need to calculate it and let me know. I'm still waiting 3 weeks... read full review
