I was in Torrance for a speaking engagement and realized on my way that my suit jacket was stained with a few spots of grease, and I was headed for an embarrassing morning. I stopped at Joseph's this morning and explained my predicament. There was a man and woman working, and the man took my jacket and said "let me see what I can do". Five minutes later he came out and the spots were almost completely gone. I don't know what magic he used but he saved me from a bad situation. I asked what was the charge and he said nothing. I said I had to pay something and he refused. This is the kind of business that makes you want to recommend them. I am sharing this story for Torrance folks looking for a dry cleaner with good people who also know what they're doing. I hope they see this review and my gratitude, and I hope many people check out Josephs'.

They are fast, effective, efficient, and very polite. The lady means business, she's there to work, you do not want to waste her time. The gentleman is easy going, asked me about where I live (Colorado) and was eager to share a bit about his travels with me. I will be back many many times.
