Both John and Debbie are professional and friendly, so great to work with. Luckily, he said that spot treatment would most likely resolve the problem, and was able to schedule the following week. It took less than 15 minutes, including inspecting the rest of the attic space and noting previous treatment in another area. Will definitely work with them again!
One of my neighbors recently fumigated their home and highly recommended Kowan Termite. After checking out Yelp with all the 5 star reviews, it was a no brainer. Working with Debbie and John was a dream. Both very nice and so responsive. I had two homes that needed fumigation. They were so accommodating and so pleasant to deal with. And another plus is that they're family owned. I don't think you can beat their price and exceptional service!
Great family business. They were highly efficient, had awesome communication and very very friendly. Definitely hire them if you want someone you can trust and also know that the job will be done to perfection. Debbie was great as well!
