I had a very disappointing experience with this CPA firm and would not recommend them based on my recent engagement.

I provided all prior-year returns and documents they requested at the outset, but I was never given an intake form or asked the standard questions that reputable preparers typically use to ensure accuracy and completeness. This led to multiple issues down the line.
