This was my second time visited Jc Penny Optical (Inside Del Amo Mall, Torrance). I really impressed that how I was well treatd. Dr. Duane H. Shimizu, O.D. is incredibly honest and very kind. He did not rushed just to check on eyes with optical machines, but also well explained the related to eye problems. I believe he is one of the best O.Ds. The lady Customer Services at the front desk also very nice and courteous person. She is willing to give the details about glasses, and all related subjects. If anyone look for the place for new glasses, I recommend you to visit JC penny Optical at Del Amo Mall.
My first eye exam and I went on 1.24.24. Dr. Shimizu explained in detail and was very thorough. My eye exam went very well. Don Salguero (Optical Manager) excellent service and explained and was patient and kind! I purchased my first pair of prescription glasses at the age of 53! Thank you very much.Rowena
Under new management! I believe his name is Don. He is super helpful and very knowledgeable! I’ve had bad experience with other opticals before where they don’t really give you options and just a price. I would like to understand what I’m getting than just given a huge quote and don explain everything I ask and there prices are great!
