Update: I received the nail polish though I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I have changed my original 1 star review to a 4 star because Gellipop customer service offered to refund my original shipping costs for the delay and offered to give me a full refund if I wanted to return the nail polish. I have decided to keep the polish and give it a try. I would suggest, in the future, that Gellipop adjust the way they initially respond to customers reaching out due to shipping delays. Best investment ever. I requested the 5 hour training to support some gel application processes. Not only did cleared those concerns, she provided some tricks to trade to further my abilities. If anyone needs any refresher training, or needs needs training in Gel application., this is the place to go!
