I had spent several years going to various gyms and using several previous trainers before coming to see John at Fit Industreez. He did an in depth analysis of my diet as well as my muscle and joint function before coming up with a customized plan for me. Workouts are focused 1 on 1 sessions and we track progress, address diet and discuss goals each time. I highly recommend John at Fit Industreez. Focused, individualized and productive sessions.
