Awful experiences mainly stemming from lack of communication, urgency, and care.
They do not pick up their phone; so, if you have any questions, trouble with approvals, need to schedule something, etc, it will be nearly impossible to get anything done unless you take a day off of work just to call them. There are days I had to call 20 times before someone picked up a single time. This is not an exaggeration. You also can't leave a message to request a call back because their mailbox is permanently full. This review is more so for how the office is ran which you can reference the other reviews for. Let me start off by Saying that Dr.Lise’s care and attention to me as a patient is great and much appreciated. However, the lack of attention from the front desk workers in addition to the astronomical wait times are getting old. I have visited this office several times over the past two years and have waited 30+ minutes or more for every appointment. There is no reason I should be seeing at 1:30 for an appointment I scheduled for 12:30. If The doctors or patients need more time, they need to book around that instead of having us come in and wait. Dr.Ayoub is great but that front office staff must have been on clearance. They don't answer the phone, respond to other doctors requesting info or pharmacies. Its like they just can't get it together. Even the medical assistant seems a bit lost. I'm just glad my medical issue is under control and I no longer need to go in as often.
