Im not sure where the bad reviews coming from the staff was super friendly especially Hala and Sadia they where extremely helpful and efficient..Dr schwartz very compassionate and empathetic very kind

This review is more so for how the office is ran which you can reference the other reviews for. Let me start off by Saying that Dr.Lise’s care and attention to me as a patient is great and much appreciated. However, the lack of attention from the front desk workers in addition to the astronomical wait times are getting old. I have visited this office several times over the past two years and have waited 30+ minutes or more for every appointment. There is no reason I should be seeing at 1:30 for an appointment I scheduled for 12:30. If The doctors or patients need more time, they need to book around that instead of having us come in and wait. I’m a patient of Dr Masoodi. She is an excellent physician, very attentive she listens to your concerns and offer solutions. She’s very supportive and I’m overall very happy I found an amazing endocrinologist.The staff is friendly and helpful too. Yes, it can be hard to get a hold of them on the phone sometimes but just have patience. They are a busy practice and that just shows they have great doctors there.
