I like my physician but it's not worth dealing with her incompetent staff. They refuse to answer the phone, call patients back, or complete necessary forms for prior authorizations. Worst experience I've ever had with medical staff.
This office doesn't care about people's time. Went to the office twice and never seen the doctor because she is always running late. No one let's you know that the doctor is running late until you say something and the nurses get offended you asking them anything. I canceled both appointments after waiting over an hour. Doctors, treat your patients better
Scam scam scam scam scam. Pricing is not transparent. They charge $250 for a visit if you’re not in network and then the doctor comes in and tells you they can’t treat you. Then when you’re in the car driving home they call you and tell you that you need to come back in. The PA’s are worthless. No one knows what they’re doing. They wont sign off or transfer paperwork.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
