Everyone here is so nice, friendly, and completely on top of things.
I ruined my bridesmaid's dress just two nights before my best friend's wedding by trying to clean it myself. I was freaking out, but I found this place because of their amazing reviews— and they deserve every single star. Their customer service is a 10/10.
I was on a massive time crunch. I dropped the dress off at 8:30 AM and desperately needed it back by 12:00 PM for the rehearsal dinner.
I was getting ready at home, I realized I actually had to leave by 11:30 AM or I'd be late. I called to ask if there was any way to pick it up 30 minutes early. They immediately prioritized my dress, told me 11:30 AM was doable, and then literally called me at 11:00 AM to say it was already ready!
It is so rare to find a business that is this efficient, compassionate, and understanding during a stressful crisis. On top of that, their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I expected to pay $40 to $50, especially with a same-day rush fee-but it was only $24!
They made the dress look like it was never ruined in the first place. I appreciate this place so much for helping me fix my dress.
