This is my very FIRST review ever! I have to say that Sarena McCoy, the Design Consultant, at Daltile Torrance provided exceptional and personalized service! She was very professional and so patient with my husband and myself. We were getting overwhelmed and burnt out after going to several stores looking for tile for our bathroom remodel. Sarena simplified things for us, and she definitely has an eye for design! Daltile has a wonderful inventory, and the turnaround time is very good. One tile design they had in stock and the others will arrive in 7-10 bus. days. We were so happy to have selected all three tile designs for our bathroom. Sarina, you are a gem, and we thank you so much for your patience and expertise!
My contractor recommended this place, so I made an appointment (recommended as they get busy.) The designer went above and beyond. You could tell she had years of experience with her quick beautiful recommendations. Their lead times are 1-2 weeks (not bad.) You can’t beat their quality vs floor & decor etc. I wouldn’t overlook this gem. Everyone is super friendly too!
