The pricing is very fair too. It’s great to still find an independent operation that doesn’t try to upsell on services.

This is long overdue. I met John around last year when we were having like a cockroach infestation. We set an appointment and he was very punctual. He was so honest and direct about how he was going to help us fix the problem. We are so satisfied that until now we still don't have the cockroaches back. He is so worth it and not a ripoff.
