Their customer service is the worst. Records were not provided and when I called to find out how to receive them, they did not have any information except to call a separate number, that no one ever answers. You can't get anywhere and when you question why, they just hang up on you like it isn't their problem...
This company is absolutely ridiculous! I work in a medical office and their “records department” have no clue what they are doing. I’m not sure how many times they have to request something be sent to them before they figure out where to find it. I have sent the same thing to 4 different fax numbers and 2 emails and they are still saying it’s our fault it hasn’t been received, 3 months later.Do yourself and your company a favor and STAY AWAY if you don’t want the headache.
It was my first time "working" with this company. Unfortunately every time they called, I couldn't understand a word they said on my voice mail. Everytime I called back I got no answer and left a message on their general voice mail, no response back. They obviously don't relay messages but, without knowing what information they needed, I couldn't leave a proper message to what was being requested of me. I will say, at first I thought it was a scam call. Not a good first impression. I finally contacted my client's case manager and got it all sorted out. Your employees need to speak slowly and clearly. Heavy accents are expected but the quick slur of their speech makes...read full review
