Jay and Irene were so kind, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process; from my initial quote, to scheduling, to the actual service, and final walkthrough. During the install, Jay even called to let me know he noticed a small scratch on my driver's side window that I hadn't seen before (it would've been really hard to catch, especially since it was there before the tint). I really appreciated the transparency and care.

Some of the other shops I contacted didn't offer nearly the same level of detail, so this really stood out. I brought my newly purchased 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback here and went with Llumar IRX 25% on the front windows, 15% on the back, and Llumar Air 80% on the windshield, and everything came out perfect. I really appreciated how welcoming and respectful the experience was--no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward and honest service. I chose this shop based on Reddit and Yelp recommendations and I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely be back to get the sunroof tinted next. Highly recommend!
