I love the product lines that Bassett carries, and this location is my favorite! Not only is it down the street from my work, but the staff is incredible. Any questions I have they know how to assist me. The store manager, Benji, goes above and beyond your typical customer service and builds a long lasting client relationship with you, ensuring you get everything you need to run your business. They also offer a ton of educational classes, and they are great at advertising those. They want you to succeed.

Outstanding Service and Professionalism I recently found myself in a very difficult situation when my local distributor stopped carrying a product I desperately needed--Oliga, my go-to color line. With a fully booked schedule and no time to reformulate every client's color with a new product, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed. Then I heard that Bassett had just opened and might carry Oliga, so I gave them a call. A very kind gentleman named Benji answered the phone, and I explained my situation. I was so relieved to hear that they indeed carried Oliga. Since Bassett only sells to licensed professionals, Benji explained everything I needed to do to open an account. He even went the extra mile by taking my order over the phone to ensure a quick and easy transaction when I stopped by. When I arrived, Benji helped me open a professional account and processed my order quickly. His professionalism and empathy truly helped alleviate the stress I was under, and I couldn't be more grateful. The whole team at Bassett is top-notch. Just a heads-up for other licensed professionals: Bassett only sells to licensed hairdressers, and they won't let you browse our purchase without registering first.
