Dru, Manny and the rest of the team were awesome. We needed them to rewire our home. They explained everything that they were doing, were very polite and showed up on time everyday. I definitely recommend them.
Wow, what can I say? I had almost the entire staff here one day to fix all the issues that we had. Shout out to you all: Dru, Manny, Christian, Matt and Ken! I then had on a different day Rizal was here too. They are all professional and I appreciated their work. I will always use them, so thank you guys so much. Final review after job completion. Since my last review, I have been very transparent about my frustration and disappointment, and even though the work progress and communication took many unexpected turns, I feel at the very least, good credits have to be given when it is due.
Pros:
-Owner of B&M Electric, Charles Vargas, have been very responsive and accountable. In my book, this is very respectable as it is difficult to find a company with these values nowadays.
-Technician Rizal Smith was pleasant, experienced, and informative during the initial assessment and provided thorough evaluation.
