I was seen by Dr Kwan and she prescribed a medication that wasn't covered. Now almost a month later they're still "working" on an authorization. The insurance said they never received any authorization request from the doctor's office. Horrible service and they don't return any calls. I've a follow-up appointment but what's to follow-up if i can't even start on the medication? Also, this office tends to overbook appointments so when the doctor comes in she's in a rush to get out that she talks so fast that it's hard to get a word in and there's an assistant in the room the whole time so it feels awkward.

Sorry to say I will never return to this office. I have been a patient here for years and I really enjoyed seeing Rachel Lau, she's the best. The problem is they do some really "creative in house billing" and their billing team can't explain what I'm getting billed for. I spoke to multiple people on multiple occasions and you just get the run around from person to person. They billed thousands of dollars to my PPO insurance for having 3 small moles shaved off, I didn't even need a bandaid. It's outrageous and super disappointing.

The physician assistant I had was friendly and nice, although she failed to spot a spot that later turned out to be a pre-cancer. My gripe is with the billing dept./admin. I received a bill 11 MONTHS after my last appointment. The bill did not clearly explain what the charge was for. I called the billing office four times and not once did anyone pick up. I finally paid the bill but won't be returning to this office.
