The staff of Anew Era TMS&Psychiatry are so great. They follow up with me every now and then, from the receptionist Ms.Daisy and to Ms.Sophia the Psychiatric NP. They listened well to concerns. So polite.Thank you for a welcoming visit on your clinic.
It's just been a single visit but, first impressions are important and theirs was favorable. From the Nurse the Practitioner (who saw me) to the staff to my comfort level to the music to the decor, all were in order, clean and professional.
